1) January

• Iraq: Start of construction of a first processing facility for the associated gas from the Ratawi field

• India: Signing of a long-term Sale and Purchase Agreement with state-owned company GSCP

3) March

• Taïwan: Inauguration of a 640-MW offshore wind farm. Key figure: + 221 MW
• Germany: Launch of six new battery storage projects

4) April

• Three strategic acquisitions:
  • Europe: VSB Group, a European wind and solar developer
  • Africa: SN Power, a hydropower developer in Africa
  • North America: RES, new deals to acquire renewables projects in Alberta
     
• Domenican Republic: 15-year agreement for the delivery of 400 kt/y of LNG
• Belgium: Less emissions at the Antwerp platform thanks to an agreement with Air Liquide. Key figure: 15 kt/y of green hydrogen
• United-States: First oil from the Ballymore offshore field. Key figure: + 75,000 boe/d

5) May

• Oman: First stone laid at the Marsa LNG plant, one of the lowest carbon intensity LNG plants in the world
• Canada: 20-year LNG export agreement. Key figure: 2,000 kt/y of LNG
  • Quote from Stéphane Michel, President, Gas, Renewables & Power: “This purchase will allow us to diversify our LNG portfolio in North America to better serve our Asian customers.”
• Spain: Inauguration of the Company's largest solar power plant cluster in Europe. Key figure: 515 GWh/y
• Africa and Asia: Quote from Jean-Philippe Torres, Senior Vice President, Africa Marketing & Services: “Clean Cooking: our ambition is to invest over $400 million in our LPG activities, to reach 100 million people in Africa and India.”
• Brazil: First oil at Mero-4. Key figure: + 180,000 boe/d
• Singapore and Indonesia: TotalEnergies wins license to import renewable electricity in Singapore from Indonesia.
